Feeling better is closer than you think.
Life changes—whether expected or sudden—can feel overwhelming!
I’m here to help you navigate them with compassion, understanding, and practical tools.
My compassion based approach creates a safe space to explore your thoughts, strengthen connections, and rediscover purpose.
What is counseling like?
You can expect to feel understood and leave each session with helpful tools you can use right away!
We’ll work on letting go of what no longer serves you and creating space for what brings you peace, purpose, and fulfillment.
Whether you’re navigating transitions, seeking clarity, or simply ready for growth, this is your time to focus on you.
It’s important to feel confident in your therapist’s abilities:
I hold dual Master’s degrees (M.A. and Ed.M.) in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University.
I earned the Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor designation through the National Board for Certified Counselors.
I specialize in working with clients 55 and over!
