Many of us learn to push through, disconnect, overthink, or stay in survival mode just to get through the day. In our work together, we will slow things down and create space to notice what your body, emotions, and thoughts are communicating.

I use a somatic and holistic approach to help clients build greater awareness, regulation, and self-trust. Therapy is not about forcing yourself to feel better. It is about learning how to listen inward, respond to yourself with care, and build new patterns that support healing, connection, and a greater sense of calm.
